We buzzed through on account of coming from the snow and enterering an Arizona that seemed hot enough to give Hell a run for its money. And it was only early spring. I'd say visit Arizona in the winter. Apparently there's good golf. And there's that canyon that everyone is always going on about. B says: The sauna of the United States. There is not very much shade behind a cactus. We were travelling through during the spring and it was too hot then... ouch! I have hiked the Grand Canyon during the winter and that was another side of Arizona that no one should pass up the opportunity to explore. ![]() |
